Photography/Video/Audio: Please be aware that UASN and its affiliates may be photographing, videotaping, audio taping or webcasting meetings or activities in public areas of the conference (session rooms, exhibit halls, etc.). We may use such media for informational, publicity, promotion and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communication media. Your image and the sound of your voice may be recorded. If you are identified during the recording, or identify yourself by name, that information may be included in our media. Recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed.

Please note that this is not a legally binding agreement / order confirmation. We reserve the right to not approve/assign a ticket to you, and may at any point withdraw your ticket after a payment is done. Priority to UASN members and attendees that is closely related to the conference will be prioritized. All sales are final and non-refundable.
